Because our t-shirts are individually printed and manufactured made-to-order based on your specific selection of design, colour, and size, all sales of made-to-order t-shirts are final. Once production has begun, these items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged simply due to a change of mind or an incorrect size selection.
If your made-to-order t-shirt arrives damaged, features a printing defect, or is not the item you ordered, you are fully entitled to a remedy.
In such cases, please contact us at comfypeoplecollective@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
